Returns
Online rug purchases may be returned if we are notified within 14 days of arrival of your parcel via email prior to the end of the 14 day return period. Phone messages are not accepted.
After we receive your email, we will provide you with a RAN (Return Authorization Number).
Return must be shipped within 14 days of receiving a RAN.
Once the rug has arrived and been inspected and determined to be in new condition, a full refund will be issued.
If a rug is returned and damaged from improper packaging, returned dirty, or damaged, customer may be charged for cleaning of rug at $4.25 a square foot or subject to denial of refund or restocking fee.
