Persian Bakhtiari tribal rug from the SW Iranian province of Chahar Mahal va Bakhtiari near village town of Shalamzar. Professionally cleaned by ARCS member, Renaissance Rug Cleaning experts. Professionally restored on lower right main border. Classic Shalamzar rectilinear vines and motifs with cantalope orange spandrels punctuated by olive green vines in medallion-pendant style in lieu of classic garden panel format. Light fading to upper spandrels.
